2017 QB's

1. Jared Goff
2. Paxton Lynch
3. Carson Wentz

Would love to get 1 of those 3. Actually, we WEED to get one of those 3.

Goff and Lynch will both be top 10 picks. Wentz is currently projected as a 2nd-Round pick, but will likely move up after the combine and be drafted somewhere in the mid-to-late 1st.

Lynch has thrown 4 TD's already. SMU doesn't look very good, maybe some of you local guys can weigh in.

5 TD's now with 11 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. On 6 completions.. Wow. SMU is truly awful though so wouldn't put too much into it.

and not that I ever doubted Lynch was going pro, his head coach has agreed to take over at Virginia Tech.

I haven't seen a lot of Lynch. Isn't he in a spread system? I have reservations about bringing someone from a spread and asking them to play in this archaic, slow developing system. I think your asking for a lot of sacks and picks and a huge learning curve. These spread guys want to three-step drop, not five step and dance.

It would tickle me if Williams came to Bank of America Stadium as a Cowboy. Cam would look up and the only Carolina jerseys in the stands would have Tar Heels on them lol.

Elijah Hood would also be a great RB from UNC. He had 220 yards today against NC State. A lot of talent over there on them Tar Heels squad

Baker Mayfield will be out in '17 as well, no?

Mayfield will almost certainly return to OU as he's not really a great pro prospect. Short by NFL standards (6'0.5) with average arm-strength. Kind of limited tools for the next level. He's a gamer though.

DeShone Kizer from Notre Dame. Should be a beast in 2017 as a junior

If you're looking for a QB in 2017, the list begins and ends with Brad Kaaya imo. Wouldn't touch anyone else. Next year's class looks a lot weaker than this year's.
