Mods, can we sticky this?

Ed Oliver (DT, Houston) announced before the season.

Rashan Gary (DL, Michigan) just announced.

N'Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State

^someone I've scouted and gotten to know since his sophomore year in high school. I've probably attended 20 of his high school games, as well as 4 or 5 ASU practices. For a quick minute it looked like he might have came to play for the junior college I coach at. Powerful kid who constantly amazes me with some of the athletic plays he makes.

I'm not sure he's a Top 100 talent, so spending presumably a mid-round pick on an older prospect doesn't bother me as much.

Not too familiar with this player. Any Tarheel fans here who could enlighten us?

Anthony Ratliff-Williams, WR, North Carolina

He’s very versatile.

Recruited as a QB, solid WR and kick returner. Very raw, but talented. Suffered from a down season by the program. Could’ve used another year to polish up on routes and learning the game.

Goes to the right team (Steelers, Saints, Falcons etc) will be a great player.

For his three-season UNC career, Ratliff-Williams finished with 80 receptions for 1,340 yards (16.8 yards per catch) and eight receiving touchdowns. He returned 69 kickoffs for 1,631 yards (23.6 yards per return) and two scores. Ratliff-Williams also was 3-for-6 as a passer (mostly in gadget-play scenarios) for 50 yards and two scores.

Jordan Brailford, DE, Oklahoma State

Personally, I wasn't aware they played defense in the Big 12. I just assumed it was 11 guys standing out there, waiting for their turn on offense.
