You do know Allen Hurns was a playmaker in Jacksonville. And Gallup Is looking damn good. And Beasley forces teams to game plan for him in order to stop him. Not saying they are all pros but I wouldn't lose faith so fast. Give them a chance.
Hurns was a good WR 3 years ago. J-ville gave up on him and they aren't exactly loaded at the position.
Gallup is a rookie and not highly regarded coming into the league.
Nobody is game planning for Beasley. Thats just silly talk.
I hope they do well and i'm sure they'll have their moments against weaker secondaries. But, this is a team weakness that will need to be addressed next off season. When you don't have a WR that can stretch the defense, it effects the running game. Zeke was a 4.0 YPC back last year no matter who was on the OL. He broke one run all year. Thats not b/c he suddenly got old. Opposing defenses simply clog the interior making life for Zeke , the TE's, and the slot wrs difficult. The only way to get teams to back off is too beat them over the top. We couldn't do it last year.
