He is considered to be the best player in the league by many. What really saves it is the 6th and 7th rounders and Undrafted rookies that they come up with year after year.
20 players in their 1st or 2nd year.

Golston may prove to be a solid piece still, he’s going into year 3 and transitioned to a different position.

Nashon Wright was a strange pick the moment we turned the card in.

Joseph and Cox were athletes from big schools, they just didn’t work out… it happens. Hindsight is 20/20.

You would have liked to hit on more given we had 5 top 100 selections, and another 2 at the top of day 3. Even though we hit a home run with Micah it feel like a missed opportunity, we basically hit on 1 out of 6 picks from rounds 2-4. Would have liked to bat closer to .500 in those rounds, there are quality players available there.

Does Micah save this draft class?

I'd say your eye test is off. If you look at the players, where they were drafted and what they did in that time frame, this wasn't some disastrous draft class at all. Most draft classes, when looked at a few years later, are basically trash with the exception of a player or two (if your lucky).
IMHO, hindsight grades for this class are not bad at all:

1 Micah is a stud A+++
2 Joseph was a reach, Dallas needed a CB and everyone knew it. D-
3 Odiggy is a very good DT B+
3 Golston is a solid back up DT/DE with position flex C+
3 Wright is a solid back up DB with position flex, he's still on the team C+
4 Cox is a big disappointment F
4 Ball has become a solid OG/OT back up, he's on the 53 if not injured C+
5 Fehoko showed a little, but never progressed C-
6 Bohanna never did either C-
6 Muk is a solid back up S/DB, for where he was taken that's a B-
7 Farniok was a 7th rd flyer on a fairly deep unit, who made the team for a couple years C
