Wasn’t this the same knock on Tyler Smith draft day last year ?
Watched them both a lot. Smith's penalties were aggression errors. Guyton is more of a raw, technically challenged guy who will lunge when beat. He was recuited to TCU as a defensive player and was converted to a blocking tight end. He will need to keep developing.

He's a jerk and he has great size with athleticism to go with it. You can't teach that.

I don't follow college football much, but just gave benefit of the doubt with Tyler Smith. Dallas generally drafts well when it comes to OL. Will give benefit of the doubt.

I guess we got the guy we wanted and traded down. Not bad in the Cowboys eyes.
Right. I don't know how Guyton will turn out, but he was clearly a player they wanted and they got the 73rd pick to boot. Hopefully, they use that on a center.

My picks from here would be: Brooks, Puni and Sweat if they are available. Benson, Van Pran and Carter if they are not.
