By the chart, it's around the 2nd pick in the 4th. The Eagles had 98, end of the 3rd.

Cowboys are absolutely wheeling and dealing tonight. First a trade up from 12 to 11 to get Caleb Downs.

Now they’re trading #20 to the Eagles, for #23, #114, and #137, and a 7th round pick in 2027, reportedly.
