21 personnel

And that's what leupke was supposed to do. Give you looks to be in 12 or 21 personnel without having to change players.

Though I 100% agree with you, it all depends on what Coach Jerry Jones says.
Luckily for us, there’s no one better.

Can you believe a guy that gets ripped nationally for dragging his feet on getting players signed actually got in front of a mic last August and claimed no one can get them done the way he does?

Technically speaking I guess he is right, just not in the way he thinks.

If they can't find a way to use 2 of the fastest guys in the NFL with 2 top 10 WR's in the NFL on the field with them, then shame on them. You can't ignore their speed, which makes for better matchups for the best receiver duo in the league.
If they show to be well rounded receivers I agree with that. Blue is still very much an unknown. Turpin has shown to be extremely useful but is limited, and really didn't dictate coverage last year and was often singled with a teams nickel CB last year. Speed alone though does not make for a great weapon on the field. Make no mistake about it your weapons that are true difference makers are still Lamb/Pickens. If you're running 4 wide with those guys, I'm just sticking to a deep shell defense, and may even bring an extra man on the pass rush to get 1v1 on your tackles who are vulnerable. You see some big chunk gains this way, but youll also see quite a few negative plays as well.

If these guys, Blue especially steps up and shows he can run a full route tree at the NFL level it changes everything, but until he does I think 12 personnel and having that balanced run/pass approach is going to be key. Make them play heavy boxes on defense to make the play action more effective, or if they want to double our WRs we have the numbers advantage in the run game.
