I wonder if that means 23 draftable players--so it excludes QBs and maybe even TEs, etc.
Also, I wonder how Broadus, of all people, would know this as fact. My guess is this is not second hand, but maybe 4th hand information. Still makes you wonder who those players would be if true.

Every year I bother my good friend "Bob" out west to find out just any rumblings & hearsay leading into the draft and then I post
what he tells me. For those unfamiliar with my friend "Bob" he was a former NFL scout for the Oakland Raiders during the
Gruden/Allen regime as well assisted them when the Raiders were members of the NFL's college advisory committee, he
opened up his own pro sports training and rehab center in 2002 where prospects come to train and condition themselves prior to
the draft.
He hasn't let me down when we do get a chance to speak
--------------------
He then goes on to say this...
By his count, Only 4 teams have given Mike Iupati a clear cut 1st round grade.
Could be complete BS but it wouldn't surprise me if only 4 teams had a 1st round grade on him because of how raw he is.

And This brings us to 2010. In talking to him last night, he gave me some good info on prospects that are gaining momentum, as well as trade whispers he's heard from his connections within the league. I hope to talk to him again next Wednesday night before the draft, but this is what he told me last night, and it certainly helps put things in perspective IMO:
-Dez Bryant won't get passed the Bengals at 20
-The Patriots LOVE Demaryius Thomas
-The Eagles have been in contact with multiple teams picking from #7 to #15- teams are unsure who they're targeting-Some say FS others say DT and others say LB
-Morgan Burnett is RAPIDLY climbing Draft Boards, Several teams have given him a 1st round grade
-WR Mike Williams is off the draft board of as many as 10 teams
-USC OT Charles Brown is falling down draft boards, looks to be a mid 2nd round pick
- as many as 18 NFL Front Offices are torn on the "Taylor Mays" Question, including the Cowboys
The Dolphins have asked Derrick Morgan to lose 8 to 10 pounds -
Sean Weatherspoon is drawing rave reviews from many NFL scouts. Some even suggest a top 10 pick.
By his count, Only 4 teams have given Mike Iupati a clear cut 1st round grade.
Most NFL Teams are worried that USC DE Everson Griffen is strikingly similar to Vernon Gholston
Penn State DT Jared Odrick is top 15 Draft Pick and could go in the top 10
Because the draft is so deep, several scouts have told him that TEs wont start going off the board until mid 2nd round.
3 Teams, the Carolina Panthers, Buffalo Bills and another one unnamed appear anxious and willing to offer their 2011 1st round selection to move up in the draft and have already put out a few "feelers" to put teams on notice.
Several Scouts including one from a "QB Needy" team says the Tim Tebow "lovefest" is be purely manufactured and nothing but a ploy to increase his draft draft stock.
this is all I have for now......Hopefully I can update this next Wednesday.
I dont see how Iupati is about to go higher than most guards go yet only has 4 teams w/ a R1 grade on himNo he may be a 1st rounder but may not have a 1st round grade.
32 players don't get 1st round grades.

Typically the Cowboys (and many teams) have about 23 first round grades.
However, given the number of junior who came out early, I thought it was Vela who said we had about 25 first round grades this year. In any case, I
think the number is 23-25 area.
