I really don't even understand hoping for FA's at this point. Dallas' cap situation isn't great. Right now they are just hoping to keep some of their own free agents, sign draft picks and then dumpster dive for vet min free agents.

They are +14 without Zeke and Smith. They can do anything they want

They currently have LVE, Wilson, McGovern, Schultz, Rush, etc. as free agents and will have to allocate several million for draft picks.

As long as people understand that "doing anything they want" includes walking away from a bunch of their free agents, then OK.

They filled in gaps with low end FAs...that's very different from using FA to make the team better...I'm not saying I want to see them go after the top guys but some of the 2nd tier players would be nice...

But again since they won't do that I don't really care to follow it

Only one of those 3 was an offseason FA add...my point is the team does not add starting caliber FAs unless they are on the edge/reclamation project.
