29 years since last Championship game appearance. Boys fans deserve better!

Please thank Jerry Jones for 28 years of ineptitude. He wanted to known as a football maverick, but his legacy is going to be one of incompetence.

I think Jerry's biggest motivation is money and he is making plenty. Playoff appearances add to his bottom line. I think Jerry likes to win but not sure he isn't more worried about money. Those of us that have seen the good old days knew they wanted the wins more back then.

He definitely wants to win and show what he's made of. Unfortunately, wanting to win and knowing how to win are two different things.

Luckily i’m old enough to have seen the 3 championships in 4 years, but man i never could have imagined 29 years to go by without another even conference title game, with that said just making the playoffs should never ever be the standard for this franchise. Us fans deserve better from this franchise, and yet complacency and printing money is not a problem but winning certainly is.

We will never achieve anything as long as Jerry is alive. We are an organically flawed organization who will never overcome the culture he has set.

The press conferences after games and incessant need for publicity.

Players knowing the buck never stops with the head coach,

The best of everything environment from practice facilities to stadium.

Allowing time for outside revenue generating business instead of a total commitment to football matters as the GM.

Fawning media and fans over players who are undeserving of such praise. There is not a hunger within our players. Yes players like Micah talk a good game but talk is cheap.

You can nitpick each one of these points but put them together and it defines a culture of no responsibility, accountability and softness.

We simply cannot win until he’s gone and hopefully Charlotte takes over.

Finally this is harsh but it’s true - don’t tell me I’m wrong because I’ve got 28 years telling me I’m right and you have nothing.

I never seen anything passed the divisional round. Been watching since 10 years old. Be glad for the memories you have.
