I like the idea of going after a top talent for the offensive line at #14 like DeCastro or Glenn but in the second I would love it if we stayed pat and added Mychal Kendricks the kid is a footballer! He would add depth and stability at middle linebacker and insurance if Carter cant step in to start.

Hope we hit it big again with a Pac12’er.

Player bio below, any thoughts? 4.47 40 I think he had 28 on the bench...

Personal: Full name is Marvin Mychal-Christopher Kendricks ... Father, Marvin, played college football at UCLA and led the Bruins in rushing in 1970 and 1971.

I really don't want to spend another second-round pick on an inside linebacker. I think we have to see how the two we have pan out while working on depth in later rounds.

I think the first couple of rounds need to be devoted to trying to get some of the best OL, DE/OLBs and DBs.

Kendricks will be a beast. One of my pet cats.

I was thinking though, that this team favours bigger guys who can move well--ever since Parcells came in here. Not sure we'd go after Kendricks.

Yea we have been getting bigger linebackers, but since Rob likes to play that joker player in his 4-6 and his 4-3 I think Kendricks would be a monster in that role and also as that highbred safety cover LB...he has some serious pop too at the line, I’ve seen him blow up quit a few plays in the backfield.

ILB is so crucial and we have been burned so much by subpar play at that position by starters and backups for so long, I would love it if Kendricks came in to be the solution he has versatility (if Carter doesn’t pan out, and if we sign a freeagent DB like I think we will)
