I understand the confusion. They undertook every possible measure during the off-season to improve.

Certainly, I am jesting.

Last year's team performed well but wasn't quite at the top. The other 31 teams, sensing their proximity to success, will likely do everything in their power to enhance their rosters.

It's often said that failing to improve the team can lead to stagnant results.

"Less with more" ranks as perhaps the least sensible statement Jerry has ever made, which is quite an assertion.

I quit watching at halftime, and started playing video games, then I took a nap. My $10,775 check from my PSL's will arrive this week. Go Cowboys, I guess.

I think Jerry had every intention of making Dak and CeeDee the highest paid at their positions all along. I think that was the real reason he didn't go after Derrick Henry or try to make any improvements through FA. Parsons is up next year so we'll see the the same approach again soon enough

Signing your own players is crucial, and I understand its importance, but it equates to maintaining talent rather than acquiring new talent.
