We have a lot of needs. Zion, Dean, Burks, London and others were on the board but I opted to go down for more picks. Traded 24 for 36, 67, and 112. Oddly enough Burks was on the board at 36 but I passed. I probably should have taken SDSU punter vs Kyle Phillips the 2nd WR I drafted.

I like both the trade down for more picks and filling clear needs with the first three picks. Nice job.

DE may not be a need if we are able to get Hunter, but I think all of those positions are needs to one extent or another.

I agree. But given recent history, I place DE as a huge need until proven otherwise. It's been at the top of my list from the very beginning and unless circumstances change, I'm keeping it that way.

Yep. I’m of the opinion we needed one top 3 rounds even with DLaw and Gregory.

If for nothing else, I don't think it makes for a healthy cap situation to be paying top dollar for both of your pass rushers. Now with Gregory gone and no replacement signed to this point, pass rusher is a more important need than ever.

If their both elite double digit sacks guys maybe. If their that good you pay them top dollar and you should be able to go cheaper at other positions on the D.
