I haven't been keeping up with the meat market news, I mean draft prospect news.

He'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist though. Sadly, his skin is the 'right' color for that.

I would go absolutely nuts if Shazier fell to us in the second round because he is an ideal fit for this defense. However, I just don't see it happening. 43 LB's do tend to slide in the draft these days and he is undersized for most defenses, so I'm not saying it is impossible... but I think it is probably highly unlikely. He would be a beast though.

My perfect draft would be for us to get Donald at 16 and then Shazier in the 2nd round. Talk about adding athleticism and speed to our defense...

If the team thinks Evans is the way to go at pick #16 then I'll be ok with that. The guy certainly is a dangerous player. I do think they go defense though. They just need so much on that side of the ball.

I would go for Jeffcoat if he was just coming out of HS, as I seem to remember he was the #1 rated player I think. But like all great HS players they go to UT to die. The dude is KP. Sorry.
