Trade 16 to Carolina for picks 28 and their 2nd Rounder, Carolina moves up to grab Mike Evans.

Round 1: Ryan Shazier | LB | Ohio State

Round 2A: Kareem Martin | DE | North Carolina

Round 2B: Terrence Brooks | FS | Florida State

Round 3: Brandon Thomas | OG | Clemson

Round 4: Lache Seastrunk | RB | Baylor

Round 5: Caraun Reid | DT | Princeton

Round 7: Larry Webster | DE | Bloomsburg

Round 7: Andre Hal | CB | Vanderbilt

Round 7: Gabe Ikard | C | Oklahoma

I'm not entirely sold on Shazier in 1st but other than that it would be a great draft.

Thanks. What are your thoughts on Shazier?

Built to play the Will in this defense. His game is speed and instincts. He's a better prospect than Lavonte David a couple years ago, who turned into one of the better Wills in the league.

I can see getting Martin a little later (late 2nd, to 3rd round)...shazier intrigues me, but again, I could see him in the 2nd

I could actually see someone like Tuitt with the late first and then grab Shazier and Martin with the next two picks, I am not big on Brooks, but I like the rest of the picks, if they were available...I actually think Thomas from Clemson could go earlier too, I think he is going to be REALLY good, and mid-3rd could be a landing spot for him depending on how the OG chips fall

Not bad just would hope to get 2-3 DT's though..

I hope we go DL until none are left--some good DTs and health will solve our LB problems

Shazier is a clone of Carter. Not going to have the hips to turn and start up again to cover them scatbacks and Slot WRs deep. If they want to replace Carter the guy to get would be Telvin Smith in the 3rd round. Get him up to 225 and he would be a very good option

I've actually seen rumors of Thomas going between picks 30-50. Some teams are viewing him as a OT and put him in the same category as a guy like Morgan Moses
