When I saw them both still sitting there I felt that I HAD to do whatever it took to get both. That initial trade down to #32 gave me the ammo I needed. A deal with Detroit that gets them a quarterback seems more and more like the way to go.

It's a challenge without that extra pick to address Edge, G & WR, along with TE & LB. This all said, we still need a NT as well. Just too many needs, some aren't going to be filled.

If we're trading down to the top of the second, my choices are Travis Jones and Sam Williams. Williams demonstrated traits at the combine and produced big-time in the SEC. I love the idea of protecting Parsons. I do like Green a lot though and wauld be ecstatic getting him along with more picks.

Sam Williams is better than Mafe.
