One thing Broaddus said the other day on one of the pods was that Philbin is not a fan of McGovern. Essentially, the Cowboy scouts were big fans of McGovern, but that Philbin wasn’t. Yes, Philbin wasn’t the OL coach when he was drafted but he isn’t a fan of him since he’s been on the staff.
