19 Derrick Harmon DL Oregon 6.38
"He will bring an instant dose of stinginess and toughness to any defense he joins."
44 Emeka Egbuka WR OSU 6.37
53 TreVeyon Henderson RB OSU 6.38

"Henderson isn’t Jahmyr Gibbs, but he can operate in a similar role for teams looking to add a more dynamic player to their running back room."
76 Demetrius Knight LB South Carolina 6.36
"Knight’s field demeanor and football character should seal the deal as a future starter at inside ‘backer."
149 Nohl Williams CB Cal 6.17
  • Snagged 14 career interceptions, including seven in 2024.
171 Miles Frazier IOL LSU 6.18
"Frazier has things to clean up but carries pro measurables and a play demeanor that gives him a shot to become a starter."

204 Jordan James RB Oregon 6.16

"Physical runner with a compact frame and lower center of gravity."
211 Bihal Kone CB Western Michigan 6.12
"His run support needs work, but he’s best-suited as a zone corner."
239 Ty Hamilton DT OSU 6.24
"He’s a consistent run defender capable of disruption and playmaking who could outplay his grade if he improves as a pass rusher."
247 Cody Simon LB OSU 6.22
"Simon has enough talent for three-down consideration and should be able to help on special teams until he proves he’s ready to go from backup to starter."

Would be a great draft...checks off a ton of boxes. Would love to add a DE in there somewhere but can't have it all

One of the best I’ve seen…just highly doubt anyone is trading up to 12 in this class.
It does seem like a longshot. However, with only 12-15 !st round graded players this year, someone may be willing to come up and get a player at a position they feel is necessary for them. Not sure who or what though. That's why I think it's a longshot unfortunately.

good draft but i feel Cowboys more likely to draft a DE than a 3T at 19.Henderson will go early in the 2nd RD.

I really like this draft, good job.

The only change I would probably make is 211 Bihal Kone CB Western Michigan 6.12.
Not because he isn't a good choice, but Harmon and Ty Hamilton are both more 3T than 1T and I think you can get a really good developmental 1T here in the draft.

Also, I would like a more power back like Tahj Brooks or Phil Mafah as Hendersons backup, but we can't have everything.

I like trading back and taking DTs too. I've even taken two of them and still had a good haul of offensive players.

We do need to fix the run defense.

they just paid for two 3Ts within a month, they might draft another one but not in the first RD.
DT is still the biggest non-QB need on the team. It has been for years.

Let's put it this way - do you think they are fully prepared to stop the run now?

I wasn't thrilled with that pick either. Would also probably redo the Rivers pick.
