3/4 Inch Per Rushing Attempt

...unlikely to get it done in the playoffs

Agreed. If we work real hard though, we should be able to get it up to an inch per attempt. We'll be ok.

lol....we are ok
I don't think we are. If you look at the games, lots of Dallas' rushing yards earlier in the season came w/ leads (clock killing yards).

From what I've seen, they haven't really been able to establish the run as a solid tool in the offense. The passing game has been able to bail out the lack of a run game (it's made them a bit one-dimensional). The passing game has been struggling the last 4-6games. I think Garrett's been quick to abandon the run game in the last few games. Barber and Jones both have the ability to nail a big run...if given the chance.

Might say, ok we're avg'ing 109/game, but thats' 2 guys avg'ing 109. Thats' not very good individual play (despite the fever pitch giddiness over Barber).

They need the chance to prove they can establish a run; this would have been the game to do it.

:laugh2: Thanks I needed a laugh

It can only get better....Right?

the team never was good at running the ball. loco is right. we got em when the game was out of hand and were running the clock down. this ol is atrocious at run blocking.

mostly due to being out of practice. I'm getting tired of our pass-first, one-dimensional (at least in the first half) offense
