3-4 rush

i had always believed that one of the benefits of the 3-4 defense is the unpredictability of the rush. linebackers could be sent from the outside or inside. pittsburgh does this very well. i'm hoping to see a little more from our inside backers.

i agree.. I got so excited when I heard that Zimmer is a lot more comfortable and has been coming up with all kinds of different plans and schemes for our defense..

what I want to see more than anything, though, is Roy blitzing more.. and with Pat Watkins back there, I think it's finally gonna happen..
