JJ and BP will have their Post-season review after this season. If I were JJ, these are the areas where I'd be most concerned with BP and his staff.

1) Player improvement: Other than Barber and maybe Canty, I can't name one player (rookie or otherwise) who has shown significant improvement as the season went along. When playing as many rookies and younger players as we do (as all NFL teams do), you need them to get better as the season progresses. Ours haven't (and BP please don't blame it on the college season being shorter. I don't see Merriman, didn't see Roethlesberger and don't hear other teams explaining away their rookies with this lame excuse.)

2) Adjustments: Our coaching staff is incapable or unwilling to make the right/necessary adjustments during the game/season to consistently challenge what our opponents are doing. Example: NY, KC, etc.. showed the last couple weeks how to exploit our run D. Washington did the same exact things yesterday and we had no answer for them.

3) Rules: Coaching staff rules with fear and intimidation rather than reverence and respect. This leads to individuals performing out of fear of humiliation and makes the team into individuals worried about their specific performance rather than their performance as a team. Rather than trying to please their coach because they love him, they are trying to please him because they're scared of him, which leads to tentative play and mistakes.
