Just a mock so don't get upset, just guys I would like us to get. Could we actually make several trades? Could guys really fall to these picks? None of us really know, just what we believe or read but hey we can dream a little and don't we always dream of a Super Bowl every year.

19. Trade with New England for 23 and 95 for 19.

23. Trade with Jacksonville for 29, 61, 128 and 203 for 23, 81, and 137.

29. Taven Bryan DT Florida – high upside 3 tech that will rotate with Collins and should make David Irving expendable either during the draft or after 2018. A really Marinelli type guy that can get it done.

Trade with Cleveland, Dallas wanting to maximize this draft sends their #1 in 2019, #61, David Irving, and Jeff Heath for #33, #35, and #64. Cleveland had 3 first rounders after trading #4 to Buffalo for #12, #22, #56 and #65.

33. D.J. Moore WR Maryland – see the WR falling out of the 1st round and Dallas does their splash with the trading away with #1 in 2019, Moore should give Dallas the guy that separates well for Dak.

35. Leighton Vander Esch OLB Boise St – could see him also falling out of the 1st due to only 1 year experience really and some medical concerns by some teams. He can play all 3 LB positions and with the NFL going to a lot RPO plays having 3 good LBs is almost a must.

50. Trade with Seattle, Dallas gets Earl Thomas FS being a target all along give them the secondary they want.

64. Braden Smith OG Auburn – should easily fit in at the LG spot and able to handle all the LG pressures, well built athletic guy.

95. Anthony Miller WR Memphis – with Miller falling Dallas decides to take another WR that gets good separation and YAC, might make Beasley trade bait but definitely gives the WR corp competition

116. Nathan Shepherd DT Fort Hayes St. – a guy that can handle the 1 tech and 3 tech spots with a high motor and should easily rotate with Price, does get pressure on the QB

128. Terrell Edmunds SS Virginia Tech – does not get the notice of his LB brother but a good player in his own right, leader, plays hard, good tackler, now great safeties with Thomas, Woods, and Frazier

138. Mark Walton RB Miami – has great open field availability, scat back type, Dallas trades with Green Bay getting 138 for 171, 203, and 208

192. Desmond Harrison OT West Georgia – great athletic ability but could be a boom/bust guy with some apparent off field questions, worth a sixth round option

193. Oren Burks OLB Vanderbilt – can play all three positions, great backup, great ST ability, good pick here

236. Brandon Facyson CB Virginia Tech – has a ton of upside but seems to lack concentration although could be that sleeper pick that awakens to have it all

UDFA:

Brett Toth OT Army – 2 yr commit that could be worth the wait

Jack Cichy LB Wisconsin – injury concern keeps him undrafted but has the talent

Larry Allen OG Harvard – may not want to play but gotta sign him in case

Maea Teuhema OG LSU – nice mean streak, could be a good backup

David Wells TE San Diego St. – they like him, good blocker could supplant Swaim

P.J. Hall DT Sam Houston St. – can play all 4 DL positions, need strength, good guy

Darius Fountain WR Northern Iowa – could be drafted but small school, good player

Matthew Thomas LB Florida St. – runs hot and cold but smart and athletic

Kyle Allen QB Houston – need him for camp

Chase Edmonds RB Fordham – has a chance, underrated stats

Jordan Thomas CB Oklahoma – Camp guy

Wyatt Demps WR Nevada – Camp guy

Cole Reyes S North Dakota – had productive career in college

Justin Lawler DE SMU – good college player

Ade Aruna DE Tulane – off field issues or would be a top pick

Holy crap man... I thought I was a draft geek but this is otherworldly!! If this happened I would be doing backflips!!!

ROLL TIDE!!!!!

DL DaShawn Hand in 2nd or 3rd.
