I have seen 3 plays from our Cowboys this year that not only are "tops" for the season so far, but have to rank up there as some of the best "individual performance" plays ever.

1) Ro's diving, juggling interception. Awesome athletic ability, hands, and concentration. Not many WR's can make that play, let alone NFL LB'ers.

2) Tony Romo's escape from one of the best, if not the best pass rusher in the NFL right now, .. and then he regains his balance and finishes the play by throwing a 50 yard TD pass. Considering who was closing in on him, and the way he spun out and got away, .. that will be one of the great TD passes. If that play came in a Super Bowl win, we would be seeing that highlight forever.

3) Dez's concentration and catch there in OT with the defender hanging on him. I thought it was face-guarding or interference but I never saw a flag. The way he went up to meet the ball, the concentration to catch it, lose it, and then catch it again with the defender in his grill, and actually between him and the ball was phenomenal. To do that to set up a game winning FG in OT just adds to how clutch a catch it was.

It does not get any better than those three, to me.

Did I miss any others?

Dez's catch, #1 in top 10 catches on ESPN, Twill, #5. But as I said in another post, I think that was also taking into account the entire play.
Still a great catch.

While individual performances tend to generate highlight footage, I would much rather witness plays that work the way they're designed. IMO, Murray's touchdown run that increased the Cowboys point total to 31 against the Saints, is the best to this point.
