the concept of a 1st round cheap qb is nice, but realistically there are not a lot of guys in this draft class that are gonna come in and win nfl games next season

Personally, id trade back and bank the draft pick and try to make a big trade to snag trevor lawrence

This is why I said trade Dak and Amari before the trade deadline. Those picks would have let us package something together so we could draft a qb high. Now we'll either be stuck paying Dak and lose Cooper and that first round pick.

I like the thought of drafting a QB but I'm not sure we need too.. Dak has shown that we can have success with a bus driver style QB.. Zeke can do the heavy lifting if allowed..

So there are a lot of senior guys out there or go and get yourself a solid back up and see if you can have some success.

Or give Cooper Rush some game time next week and see what you have.. so far we haven't seen him at all.

Problem is the college game is going so spread style and we dont know if guys like jalen hurts or the ohio state guy can translate
