If there were no salary cap Dallas would easily be like the Yankees, we would've won 5 or 6 Super bowls in a row and bought depth and kept every free agent lost.

Men like Jones are why the league instituted a cap, Dallas and San Francisco weren't going to stop winning otherwise. What they overlooked was how good it was for the league to have dynasties, dominant and legitimate ones unlike a certain franchise in the New England area.
