Uhhh... Yeah....just a little bit,but not like the kid in the movie scary. But then again,there seem to be lots of folks coming down from the mountains to shop at Wal Mart that could be....uhhhh...related? It's a real close race between deep East Texas,and the southern Appalachians!

If you'd like to see a "real life" version of Deliverance, rent the 1999 documentary, American Hollow by Rory Kennedy. You won't regret it, IT'S A TRIP!
