3rd and 5 - Diggs 10 yards off

What in the heck was that play call? Why on earth would you give 10 yards of cushion to the WR when they need 5 and a first down closes any door to a win?

The 2ndary didn't do too bad yesterday. Mostly because Baltimore ran the ball 45 times (vs 15 pass attempts)

They allowed 12 completions in those 15 attempts. They were wide open constantly. Then add in they let a simple out route on very soft coverage go for a 60+ yd gain because of a weak attempt at an arm tackle. There was one facet of the defense that played well yesterday. 2 weeks in a row.

I saw the same thing. In that situation he has to be right on top of the receiver. A completion ends the game. They had to take a chance at breaking it up or intercepting it.

Another questionable play was the Lamar run for a 1st down on the next series. Micah was lined up as a down lineman facing a 320 LB DT. Of course Micah got buried and Lamar strolled for a first down allowing the Ravens to run out the clock. Why would you have Micah in a 3 points stance facing a guy 100 lbs heavier? Micah's only advantage is sped which is negated by putting him down like that?

Diggs did absolutely nothing yesterday . He looked slow , always backing down instead of taking charge and making a play . He needs to be benched .

I think it was 7, but yeah it's crazy you don't want to give those guys an easy release. We jammed 1 of 3 receivers on that side and the presnap seperation is likely why that play had little chance to be stopped. At that point if we gave up a big play because we played too aggressive or Lamar made a crazy scramble so be it.
