I heard this on the radio last night and wasn't sure so I looked it up:

Dallas' 3rd Quarter production has dropped dramatically since the Washington game.

Dallas has not scored a 3rd Quartertouchdown since that Novembe 18th. Somehow halftime adjustments aren't being made on offense.

3rd Quarter production:
First 10 games: 111-pts in 3rd QTR
Last 5 games: 6-pts in 3rd QTR (2 FGs, 1 vs NYJ and 1 vs PHI)

Dallas was able to pull away from teams in the 3rd QTR early in the season but as of late, the offense seems not to be able to get much production out of the offense in the 3rd.

13-2 is nice (14-2 will be nicer), but means nothing in the playoffs. If the offense can't make adjustments in the 3rd QTR, they will struggle against the better teams (the defense can't keep bailing out the offense IMO)

...to find different ways to win the game. We don't have to have absolute consistency to be effective.

What's more important is the score at the end of the game.

Actually-Owens' absense caused us to have a bad 2ND HALF last night.

More to the point, 2nd half scoring is down, as well...You combine that with slow starts and you have a stalled offense at work...All those adjustments that many of us were praising Garrett for earlier in the season have seemingly dried up.

Just not seeing the kind of adjustments we were before...Dry spell?

I suppose people can complain about these things, but there isn't anything to be done if we're are injured. The cowboys 3rd quarter numbers are fine for yesterday game, considering we're an injured team. You're expectations have to match the conditions you are given.

It's not complaining, it's pointing out a trend that, if not remedied, could hurt the team in the playoffs
