With both the LA Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles having traded up to #1 and #2 respectively, the Chargers (or whoever ends up picking at #3) takes Laremy Tunsil. Dallas is elated to have the best defensive player on their board fall to them at #4, and barring a huge offer for a trade down, turn in Ramsey's card.
In the second round, they are excited that Doctson, which they believe to be a first-round talent, fell to them at #34 - the rush on quarterbacks helped a skill position player drop down to their early second round pick. They believe that Doctson could be the eventual heir to Terrance Williams (or at least - gives us some options going forward).
In the third, Perkins is there and Dallas takes him. They feel he would be a worthy addition to our RBBC.
