You didn't draft a 3-tech DT anywhere and Jones is borderline as a 1-tech in Marinelli's scheme.

The Cowboys have Zero depth at OG and really need somebody that can be the primary backup OG in 2014. Fulton is not a good fit in the Zone Blocking Scheme.

I don't like the Ealy pick. I hate him against the run. I think we have guys on the team now who can play the run better then Ealy can.

Yeah. I don't like Ealy at all. I don't think he's a very good pass rusher, I think he stays blocked and I think he is a speed bump in the run game. I just don't really like what I see in his game much. He has some potential but he would need to be coached up and I don't think his natural ability is so great that he deserves to be taken over others who would also have some nice abilities. If he was a high motor guy who was bringing it every play, I would probably feel differently but I don't see that from him. JMO.
