4-4 is about right.

Trade the Carolina win for the Washington loss and this season really is right about where it was to be expected. We play at Arizona next week, which we should beat them, so then we *should* be at 5-4 going into the Indy game.

I think maybe the main thing to be excited about this, is despite being at about where you would expect when the season started, we aren't stuck with Bledsoe, we have a really great young player in Romo who has a lot more upside.

We aren't out of this yet. Maybe this loss will light a fire under this team.

I dont agree with the trade W-L from Panthers and Skins... Romo had us in position to win BOTH.

The low standards of Cowboys fans these days amazes me..... unbelievable.

No, I'm just talking about what a realistic fan might expect coming into the season.

We HAVE to take care of business in Arizona... If we do that convincingly, I think we can have some momentum, and the Indy game will be HUGE!!

If we were to shock the world there, everyone here would be thinking playoffs. Thinking optimistically/ homerifically of course:D

No, 4-4 is not about right. No way we should have lost to the Giants at home or today's game. I can live with losing to Philly and Jacksonville on the road (although Bledsoe's stupid mistakes were what cost us those games), but not the games to N.Y. and today to the Skins. Those losses will keep us at home in January.

I have higher standards - I expected them to be 8-0 right now. The difference is even though they are not 4-4, I'm not ready to give up the season yet.

Yes, I agree with you, and, also, the leaders today, may be losing tomorrow? Which changes the whole outlook of the picture. ;)

And, the Cowboys will beat the Colts...watch and see...

Mark that game down as a "W"....

Then it's on....!

:star:

Our secondary can't cover Washington's pitiful excuse for a receiver corp. Just how in the hell do you think they'll cover Indy's receivers?

Newsflash:

We don't have a spark and we're not going anywhere but to the middle of the draft. Parcells will be fired or asked to retire and we will hire a great Defensive coordinator, and an aggressive coach.

I don't agree that 4-4 is about right considering we should've won at least 2 of those 4 losses, but I do believe that 2-1 on a 3 game road trip is pretty decent, assuming we beat Arz. It's very discouraging and it makes it hard to look at it that way when we were that close to being 2 for 2 on this 3 game rd trip.

Oh brother...

We've had those 'games for the season' already. Face some facts please...we have been weighed in the balance......and found wanting. Playing as we did today, Indy is going to beat us and others will as well.
