Cowboys $3 million running back could be on last legs for career

I doubt Dallas is looking for another JAG to join this group. But injury could alter this and force them to do more dumpster diving. It’s imperative that the young guys show something in camp.

I'm still way more intrigued by Blue, Maffah, and Vaughn vs Sanders and Williams but having their experience likely keeps them around. I wouldn't be surprised if Williams ends up being a practice squad candidate though.

Backfield Doesn't look very exciting right now but I'm sure someone will emerge and surprise. Atleast there is competition and a room filled of hungry guys to prove themselves.

You I’ve gotta figure that Blue has the highest upside of the group….but if they try to overuse him it’ll likely back fire.

He needs like 8-10 rushes and 2-3 targets a game.

Should really be used like Pollard was. The question is who is Zeke in that equation.

Williams maybe, but Mafah possibly steps it up. It’d be nice to have two young runners to get it done. Draft a replacement for each every 2-4 years and avoid spending big money or draft capital there.
Williams and Sanders are the "Zeke". Also, i totally agree with you. They should bring in Blue slowly. See what he can handle... then release the hounds on the NFL.

Better hope Blue can play! Maybe I should say "block", because Blue can definitely run.
Could Barry Sanders block?

I've read several Blue and Barry Sanders comps here on this board. Ive also seen a Mafah=Henry thread as well.

No need to bring in any other backs....we good.
