Biggest Surprise: Tie between Kevin Burnett and Pat Watkins. We all knew Burnett had talent. If he can stay healthy, he is going to be a force and on the field a ton. Every camp article I have read has Burnett mentioned in it. Watkins is going to be a huge steal. I think BP wants him to win the FS job and by mid season I think he will.
Biggest Disappointment: Tie between Al Johnson and Jason Fabini. With every positive Burnett story, there are two or three negative Johnson ones. It seems he is getting blown up and pushed into the backfield on nearly every snap. If it is just Fergi doing it to him I could live with it, but when its Pepper, Stanley and some cast off from Europe doing it, something has to give. I think Andre is on the 1st team to stay and will be the starting center barring injury or meltdown. Fabini has shown nothing. I won't be surprised if he is cut in favor of Columbo with McQuistan on the practice squad.
Of course this is 4 days in and I may change my mind by next week......:bang2:
