We play Eagles & Skins in next 2 weeks in Dallas; with Cards & Eagles the last 2 games on the road.

If we play as tough, aggressively & smart like we've been doing (except not enough pressure on QB and too vulnerable against the passing game), we've got good chance to beat both Skins & Cards.

Odds against a healthy & apparently pretty good Eagle team is more difficult. Hope we beat them at least win once--nice to beat them on Sunday in a nationally televised nite game. It will be extremely tough; loss of Bryant is huge. Will see how Garrett uses both.

Don't expect us to pressure Vick cause we apparently can't get to the QB. We'll try to stop their running game & hold Vick to short passes. But somebody whose good needs to spy on Vick & be ready any time he takes off. Reid's tried to poison the way by claiming Vick still a QB & can't get tackled/handled like any other RB once he takes off. Hope Garrett gets clarification on that viewpoint directly from the refs before the game. Not saying we play dirty or anything but we certainly have the right to take him smartly. Garrett might point out how the Eagles have tackled QBs when they have had the chance.

I tell you, Giant fans are rooting heavily upon Dallas at least splitting with the Eagles. From the Giant game onward, Dallas has been playing tough to beat. That with a lot of room to improve as well. Bottom lines here, I think that the Philadelphia defense is more suspect than the Dallas defense. That and the Dallas offense is even more explosive than that of the Eagles...up to Michael Vick. He adds another plateau of potential as he touches the ball on every offensive play...and that adds a very dominant and creative element to play.

Answer, shape the game's play by getting ahead early and grinding the ball on long and extensive drives. Make them play up to a Dallas game....

i know it's been said a million times before, But if we don't want the eagles celebrating their first SB in our house let's make it at tough as possible for them by making them take the wild card route.

Not that i like the idea of the giants winning in our house either we could at least return the favor by winning in their house in 2014 ;)

The Eagles arnt getting to the super bowl, let alone winning it. Doesnt matter if they make the playoffs or not. That said, I dont believe they'll even make the playoffs.

Its 50/50 whether they will make the playoffs. But its a given they will not even sniff the SB. The way NO is playing now they have to be one of the favorites with Atlanta.

Rush Limbaugh said the same thing too. I think they will make the playoffs though.

only thing of important is to atleast split with Eagles. Winning over Cards or Readskins doesnt prove much .....Garrett already has wins over Giants and Indy. The eagles will be biggest test yet.

I'm not so sure about that. The Falcons look the best right now, followed by the Saints, but Vick is playing fantastic football, and the Eagles Safeties make a lot of big plays. They're a team that could easily get hot in a toss-up NFC this year.

Best to beat them twice if we can and make sure it doesn't happen. Sweeping them probably keeps them out of the playoffs altogether.

I couldn't handle either the Giants or the Eagles winning it all in Dallas. I don't think all that much of the Giants this year, so I'd be happier to see them take the East at the end of the day.

:laugh2: I don't know, those three consecutive 5-11 seasons really wore me down, especially with me having to root for the likes of Quincy, C-Hutch, Clint Stoerner, Ryan Leaf, Campo and his Dolphin, etc. At least I am finally seeing some fight with those folks under Garrett.

I disagree...Wade Phillips is gone and Dallas can now get back to winning football games inspite of their head coach. If you told me I would have to endure two losing season for Dallas to get ride of Wade....I would still sign on the dotted line.
