A loss next week plus wins by BUF, LAC, and DET can bump us up 3 more spots:

1 (16) Calvin Ridley, WR, Alabama
- Finally a WR who can stretch the field

2 (47) Lowell Lotulelei, DT, Utah
- Younger brother of Star, space eating
NT that our defense is missing

3 (78) Josey Jewell, LB, Iowa
- Tackling machine, can defend the run
and pass

4 (109) Mike Gesicki, TE, Penn St.
- Big catch radius. Better receiver than
blocker at this point

4 (comp) Godwin Igwebuike, S, Northwestern

that could be a very good draft picks, but I prefer Vita Vea with first pick, and the best WR with 2nd, or if the cowboys loss next week and up spots, maybe can trade down a few spots to take vita vea and trade to back to 1 round a take the best WR available, sutton will be perfect.

I would take this draft. I don't know if Jewell will last to our pick in the 3rd but if he does that could be a steal.

nice draft

I respect the effort, but any mock with a first round wr gets a thumbs down from me.

WR is the biggest need on the team.

I'm OK with WRs in the 1st and 2nd plus a few in free agency.

Time to move on from the one remaining Wrong Kind of Guy on the roster.

I don't think Ridley is as much of a burner as some give him credit for. He is more shifty and less of a runaway from kind of guy. I think he'll slip after the combine. I don't think this is the year to go after a wideout in the first round. The value just isn't there. I like best OL/DL available in the first. Keep building from the inside out. After that, I like it all.

2017's Top 3 WRs drafted were epic busts their rookie years. Mike Williams, Corey Davis, and John Ross stunk up the field. Cooper Krupp outperformed all three combined. There are no sure things in any draft. However, I don't remaeber ever a draft where the top 3 WRs were so awful.

After today’s performance, Christian Kirk showed me he has “it”......had he not played with Kellen Mond most of the year, he would’ve had much better numbers. This kid can line up at any WR spot.

Agreed. I originally liked him in the first but all the mocks were putting him 2nd round. Today showed he needs to be a first rounder again.
