The coaching staff and players needs to put in overtime and start early preparation for the playoffs. Minimum 10 hours before Sunday.

On offense the OL, TEs, & RBs need to put in extra reps in run plays and pass protection drills to get assignments down and improve chemistry with the recent OL shakeup. Far as the passing game goes if you’re a receiver then you need to hit up the jug machine for at least a 30 minute session everyday.

On defense secondary has to play more press-zone and help the DL convert some of those pressures into sacks. In run defense department Quinn needs to utilize base 4-3 DL with Micah as a LB. One other issue to solve is tackling and tackling as a gang for minimum gain or turnover when opposing offenses attacks with the quick passing game.

Special teams needs to eliminate penalties and hit the gym to get stronger so they can maintain blocks and create running lanes for Turpin.:oldcouple:

And the quarterback needs more film room than anybody.

Throw picks in the playoffs and your toast

I agree. They should run the ball at-least 50% of the time utilizing the 2 TE & 3 TE set with power & zone schemes.

I can't wait to hand Brady his first loss to the Cowboys! I said this before but this is our last shot to give him a L. I prefer home field advantage but this is second best for me.

Seems like ST penalties center around one player .

Bones took responsibility for those in his press conference. Sometimes, there's more going on than the bias in fans' heads and what they see at face value.

Side note: People laughed at me this year when I said Detroit could be a playoff contender.

Cowboys have done a good job of cutting down on penalties. Over the last 4 games Cowboys have had a total of 12 penalties.

Kelvin Joseph didn’t give the punt returner room to catch the ball made contact . That’s just one example this from the last game. I’m not “ bias “ I see what I see . The last guy on the OLine who piled up holding penalties like parking tickets is now thankfully in Miami . Joseph would be addition by subtraction like the Williams lineman in Sunny Miami .

I would much rather Dak throw a pick or two, stay aggressive and put points on the board. The double clutch, indecisive Dak will not get it done. They also have to be able to run near 50-50, not make stupid penalties and not take a half dozen sacks. If Dak throws over 40 times and they run half as many attempts.......game over.

I don't know about anybody else but I am still waiting for Turpin to break one open and score a td on a punt return.

Turpin had a nice return to midfield and once again a ST penalty brought the ball back to the 15 yard line . That’s a 35 yard penalty last I checked .
