There's 2 sides to that opinion. Since Purdy is $40 million cheaper than Dak, doesn't it help him that his team has $40 million more to spend on a supporting cast. Dak is getting it done with a lot less help. See, we can spin it too.

7th round picks don’t fall into the league rookie pay scale. Most of them don’t even make the team. Most guys fall to the 7th. They prefer to be preferred free agent so they have their choice of where they can go.
I’m do not follow the niners. So idk if he was put on their practice squad and how did he clear waivers. I live in iowa by the way so I know this Purdy guy Purdy good.
