I think this is a game that they need to bond together as well. This win would be a true momentum builder.

I'd have it posted everywhere. Nothing needs to be said other then 44-6. I'd have someone put a pic in Tony's locker of him walking off the field with his head down in that game and it say 44-6 under the pic. 44-6

This is the MUST-WIN game of all must-win games!

Not only is beating the Eagles important for division and conference standings midway through the season, it is more so important to help the team's psyche. This team's renewed commitment to winning was largely re-born out of the embareesment of the last Philly loss. And I'm afrid that this team is still partly fragile from that. They need to bury it outright and handily defeat the Eagles. A loss, I'm afraid, may cause a replase into lacked-confidence.

I think we can all agree that the Atlanta game was definitely a statement game. It told me that this team can compete with anybody. But this coming game against Philly is something different. It's at their house, and they're coming off a big win against the Giants. This game will tell us a lot about our team as a whole. It will tell us if we are among the elite.

I really think we can play with anyone. We have the talent. But then again, we've had the talent for quite a few years it feels like. I just want to see consistency.

Give us your margin of victory for a blowout. I'm not certain of anything, but I doubt that the Eagles will come close to matching what you'd consider is one.

Philadelphia won last season for three reasons:

1. They were peaking at the right time
2. They were playing more cohesively as a unit and maximizing their roster talent
3. With the exception of a handful of players such as Barber and Witten, we played four quarter listless football

The Eagles have been slightly sporadic all season. Significant injuries on both sides of the ball have affected their level of play. And we're the team which is on a higher emotional level right now. Philly may win, but I neither see it nor believe the final score will be as close as some may first think.

The Eagles aren't an elite team, and beating them in Philly won't make us one. They *are* a good team, though, and it's definitely a statement game. We just need to keep building and start making things easy for ourselves. Getting a leg-up on the rest of the division at the half-way point is a good start.

Eagles win and they are 3-0 in divison. If Cowboys win to go to 6-2, I just might have to change my 9-7 prediction.

2. pressure mcnabb and hit him (even if we dont sack him)

3. stop the pressure up the middle in TRs face
