Good point, but at some point during our prevent defense we need to tackle an RB thats running 30 yards down the middle of the field.

The Giants were behind all game. They never lead so of course they passed a lot. I'm not happy with all the big plays the Cowboys gave up, but I'll take the turnovers and the win.

Of course we take the win but god forbid Cowboys fans wish we dominated a hated Giants team 4 quarters throughout.

The Giants had 50 yards rushing and were behind all game. Dallas was in prevent for almost all of the second half.

I'm not defending the pass defense, but that's kind of the recipe for big passing yardage days.

Claiborne is in his preseason because he is coming off an injury, its not surprising he was off. He was off by a lot, but it wasn't unexpected and is exactly the reason the Giants targeted him from the opening series.

For all of you claiming that its some kind of reasonable explination that we "were in prevent for most of the 4th quarter", or "most of the 2nd half", or "most of the decade".. its not a viable excuse at all.

Prevent is supposed to prevent big plays.. we didn't even do that. Need to stay agressive on D.

Here's a weird one. Eli threw 3 INT and still had over a 100 passer rating (102.3). PFR's database only goes back to 1960, but since then this has only happened 13 times in the NFL. Eli is the only player to do it twice.

Both times in Cowboys Stadium.
