49ers Attack

I know the 49ers passing game is questionable.

Because they played the Seahawks, Harbaugh didn't want to give Dallas any game tape, so he ran a certain kind of offense to not lose the game.

It's well documented.

The 49ers are going to TRY and open it up a little more versus Dallas weak secondary.

Frank Gore will get it started on the ground first.

now i heard it all, a team barely prepares a gameplan in a regular season game so that they could beat some overrated team a week later? :lmao2:

Yes, it is 49er fan logic. They don't prepare for a division rival to gear up for a big game against the Boys...It makes perfect sense in ninerland.

Hey OP you owe me a soda.... I just spit mine all over tha damn floor hahaha wow I can't wait to never see you again after Andy Lee doesn't take you to the promise land and you lose to Bradie James.

Lol I was a bit drunk when I posted that, he was bashing James so I thought I'd throw it in there :) didn't work out really.

Please don't let this guy represent all Niners fans. He is not trolling, he just isn't that bright. He gets ragged on, on the Niners boards.

Now as far as the game is concerned, Niners should definitely be underdogs in this game, but I don't think it should be by much. Cowboys looked great against a good team until that ultimate melt down, but they have holes and a banged up secondary. Lucky for y'all we have no passing game and Alex Smith is still pulling the trigger.

LOL thanks OP. I really needed that today. Hilarious stuff. Mock thread?

More like you should feel lucky our WRs are dinged up a bit. The 49ers defense gave up 17pts at home against the Seahawks. Even with the Cowboys and their injuries, I expect them to score plenty of points.

Oh yeah, I'm not talking up our secondary, we will definitely benefit from a beat up Dallas secondary and WR corps. I don't know that will be enough though, we could still have too tough a time on offense trying to install a whole new playbook in a shortened offseason.

The 49ers match up very well against an overrated Dallas team.

Overrated?! The Cowboys, if anything, are very UNDERRATED.... I know the score was more points for the Jets in week one but the Cowboys lost the game, the Jets did NOT win it.

Dallas has a poor OLine that will be attacked the entire game. The 49ers Defensive Coordinator is very creative with his blitz packages. The 49ers run a 3-4 like the Cowboys, but will blitz with ILB's and DB's a whole lot more than Dallas. Willis and his 4.3 speed will be tough for Dallas' poor OLine.

The Cowboys "poor" OLine is going to be fine this week. Ty Smith was the #9 overall pick and played very well against the Jets. I was a witness from the press box in MetLife stadium. Calvin Pace did NOTHING against him. Coverage sacks that Romo gave up by not getting rid of the ball. Derrick Dockery will get the start for Bill Nagy and I expect that to be a very nice change up for the Boys. Doug Free is an awesome tackle in the LEAGUE.

Felix Jones and Choice will have a boring game because Willis and Navarrow Bowman are very fast LB's. Willis shuts down everyone. Check the record books, Willis has never let up a 100 yard rushing game.

Give me a break, man. Who is Navarrow Bowman, honestly? Has anyone outside of San Fran heard of him? Patrick Willis is ELITE. I will NOT take that away from anyone. He will be a difference maker. But do you not think Hudson Houck and the Cowboys OC's didn't game plan for him? They didn't have to game plan for a no-name like Bowman, thank you very much. Felix Jones is going to go off. Choice is on the verge of being our NUMBER THREE back..... Have you heard of DeMarco Murray? Because if you haven't, you'll know who he is after today.... Watch for a nice big play off of a screen pass today.

Because the Cowboys have poor inside linebackers, the 49ers will attack them. Look for Vernon Davis and Delanie Walker to have decent games. The 49ers ground attack will also have a good day because of Dallas' poor ILB's.

C'mon man..... Your talk literally has no ground..... Did you watch the Cowboys "POOR" ILB's last year? How about this past Sunday night? Sean Lee is on the verge of "maybe-not-stardom-but-pretty-dang-solid-play". He went off on the Jets. 11 tackles, 1 INT, 1 fumble recovery. Brady James also is an awesome ILB. Nowhere close to slowing down because of age. Keith Brooking is on the downside so that is why Lee is now the starter and Brooking is situational. Give me a break with this "Poor ILB" talk of the 'Boys.

For some reason Dallas is overrated. The real fans know that they are not setup for a playoff run.

If anything, the Cowboys are under the radar, and that's the way it should be! How is a 6-10 team who is predicted to finish no higher than 2nd or 3rd in the NFC East considered "overrated"? The 9ers are overrated, BeatWriter. A little more than 200 offensive yards last week against the SEAHAWKS?????? C'mon, if the 9ers didn't have Ted Ginn, the Seahawks would have been fine against you guys. But yes, you DID have Ted Ginn.... Let's see if the "overrated" Cowboys and their "poor" OLine and "poor" ILB's and "Navarrow-who-Bowman" all back up your talk.... Not happening man, I'm sorry. We'll see soon!!

Hopefully Romo can make it out of the game healthy.

Almost 350 passing yards against the "amazing" Jets defense who went to two straight AFC championships was just horrible. He'll be fine against the no-name 49ers defense. I value your opinion, though, I do. Thanks for your insight and happy-watching!!

How many jobs has Rob Ryan had in the past 4 years?

That dude is overrated. Just cause he's fat and has long hair doesn't mean your a defensive guru

Ahhh, #2 on the ignore list!

Where I live, the drought has been so severe, that someone as you can attempt to rain on a parade 24/7 and leave nothing puddled. So, even if you are packing in the parking lot, ain't going to help your team deflect a homefield loss.

Obviously, you attempt to substitute lack of real knowledge of player strengths, much less a knowledge that Dallas possesses defensive secondary players with easily similar speeds. That goes for players in reserve roles as well. But you go on laser tagger....but stay away from the eyes, both on and off the field. That tends to just piss people off and you DON'T want a pissed Cowboy team to contend with in addition to their valid skillsets.

A focused Dallas team won't be withheld...

Dez is a game time decision. Not definate yet he is out. If so, with Martellus Bennett back, we will just use our 3 TE's more. And most likely Felix Jones and Murray in the passing game. So Austin, Ogletree, the 3 TE's, the 2 rb's, and I am sure rookie Dwayne Harris will get a look. We should survive.
