Wait, did someone really write this article based on a mock draft? Is this a joke and I'm not getting it?

Well, if Cleveland doesn't want Wentz, what would stop the Browns or Chargers from making a deal with the Eagles? It's not that far of a drop.

Can't see SF trading with Dallas for a QB unless Dallas is n the click and the QB is available.

Pre-draft trades are usually for more know situations--like the 1st overall pick or the 2nd overall pick when the 1st is known.
The other situation would be if a rostered player was involved.

Eagles got no second round pick, so they are SOL when it comes to trading up.

They either have to start ponying up next year's 1st (at a minimum) or throw in a player like Cox.

Yeah, maybe the Eagles could do it with the 2017 1st plus this years 3rd (or 4th at the very least)

I can't imagine SF gave Chip Kelly personal control after what he did in Philly. *click-bate*

Plus Kelly isn't calling the shots there like he was in Philly. So Chipper can't just start wheeling and dealing.

Too bad. Chip runs all his ideas thru Madden and then plays dozens of games to see what the results will be. Only then does he pull the trigger.

Cox already turned 100 million deal. Might be tough to trade him

Exactly. Tough is being nice. I think it will be impossible. I would want him to agree to a contract extension before I would make the trade or the trade would be off

If Cleveland does not want Wentz, then they almost have to take Tunsil, no other player does much for them. That would mean Goff, Tunsil and Ramsey are the first 3 picks and I would hope we don't deal the pick in that scenario. If we get a #1 from SF next year, then I can see it, but for additional picks this year, no thanks.

Reports are the Eagles actually made a legitimate offer for the first pick, so they've schemed something together.

not buying what this article is selling (it was from some mock draft?); but, Kelly is a kook, so perhaps he signed in SF with a "sure I will come, but I get to do ONE crazy thing, is it a deal?"

either way, I am OK with them taking our #4 for their #7 + their 2nd and maybe a 2nd or 3rd from next year's draft...

No one is giving much for him without a contract and being as he appears to want a new record deal I'd say he has about the same trade value as Rowdy
