The San Francisco 49ers front office is under fire for an in-house training video that included lesbian porn, off-color racial jokes, a parody of gay marriage and topless blondes, according to a report in The San Francisco Chronicle.

The Chronicle reported that some of the 15-minute video, which also included linebacker Julian Peterson playing the part of a homeless man, was filmed at the City Hall office of San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom.

The video was reportedly intended to give 49ers' players a primer on how to handle the news media in an ethnically diverse city.

Public relations director Kirk Reynolds developed the video, but he reportedly is looking for a new job.

That sounds really weird...a training tape with that stuff on it to teach players how to handle the different cultural aspects of the city, while having your best defensive player (when healthy) playing a homeless man?

I'm wondering what player or coach was so offended by it to leak it to the media? Why can't players\coaches just keep their mouths shut about what goes on in private meetings like this?

I wonder what the Mayors take is on all this
