Answered all my questions. I was thinking he looks to have really good hands, not afraid of contact, and has a nose for the first down. What I couldn't see in the video was whether he could block or not, and apparently the answer is "not".

That’s what I’ve read and heard watching the draft. Good routes and hands and tough over the middle, but very average athletically and not a particularly strong blocker

cowboys probably considered him at 24 and were able to get him in the 4th. They dominate this draft game.

I’ll promise you he wasn’t considered at 24. lol Had we taken him with our first pick they would’ve had to shut this board down for at least 24 hours for fans cool to off. According to Kiper he’s a better pass catcher than blocker and a backup TE.
