If the article were from the New York Times it would be less sensationalist and might look a bit like this:

The funny thing here is your lack of understanding. I said these event are happening all of the time, if you were posting that link to show another story then it was only supporting my argument. I called the source nonsense not because it was pointing out another event but because it was lending credit to the conspiracy theorists.


You should work on your sarcasm, it comes across as having nothing good to say.
