I don't like waiting to get a free safety until the sixth round, but having another top corner gives us some flexibility to try some things in the secondary.

Yeah, McCourty in the first is an option that I really like and it makes sense, given Newman's age and contract. I would even be okay with going McCourty/Jones with the first two picks and really pack the secondary with talented options.
