5-highest graded Cowboys in Week 1 via at PFF

I am a hater. I give him props for a good night. He was the best turd in a bowel of turds.

And I thought that I was a critical SOB, but I like to be very honest with my evaluations as well.

The issue with these weekly grades presented this way is they don’t account for number of snaps played. Turpin didn’t do much but if you get 5 snaps and make 1 catch in those 5 snaps you’re going to have a pretty good grade most of the time.

I can see that but you would think they would have a minimum snaps threshold or something so as not to mix in with players who played most or all the snaps.

Ummm Ez was good. He wasn't an issue. Our linebacker play was terrible.

BTW this is wild but shows you what a good run game can do to your offense and chances of winning the game.

Giants ran all over us and we struggled to open holes in the run game. We really miss big Tyler in the run game.

Also the Giants FB was a 300lb player that was very easily blocking our guys. I wish we had FB play like that. We had no answer for them constantly pulling guys especially with that FB leading the way taking out defenders. We had no answer for their power run game attacking our edges where our linebackers should be filling.

They come out with an initial grade and then take more time going play by play and update them. But, I thought it was funny that it was posted only 8 minutes apart...
I guess we will see in the next day or two what the "final" grade is
