5 Mind Blowing Stats!

The greatest of all time, Tom Brady, ended three consecutive drives in the 2020 NFC championship game, with INT's. This started late in the 3rd quarter and ended halfway through the 4th quarter.

Nobody is going to remember that. Do you know why? That's because the last two Packer drives resulting from those INT's were three and out, thanks to the Bucs defense.

I'll repeat that. In the NFC conference championship game, against the Rodger's led Packer offense, on two consecutive 4th quarter drives started after a Brady INT, the Buc's defense forced consecutive three and outs.

Two weeks later, Brady adds yet another SB championship to his legacy.

Four years earlier, in a divisional round playoff against a Rodger's led Packer team, a Cowboy rookie QB brings his team back from an 18 point deficit with 35 seconds left before overtime, and the Cowboys defense can't hold them. And so Dak can't take the Cowboy to a conference championship during his 5 year career.

Although I doubt they could have done so without him, Brady was not the reason the Bucs got to the Super Bowl.

Dak is not the reason the Cowboys can't get to a conference championship game so far. However, when they do, it's most likely they could not have done so without him.

Its a stupid point to make. You could've said the defense was top 5 in turnovers to make the point but you used "played games" as a stat to make them look good. Its moronic. Not attacking you I just don't get what your point was....

And so you don't want to count Amari's stats in 2018? How about in 2017?

Amari Cooper had 48 catches for 680 yards and scored 7 touchdowns in 14 games in 2017.

So he was on his way to 2 piss poor years but you want me to believe he was one of the top receiver sin the league at that point? If he was the Raiders wouldn't have traded him lol.

And you want another stat? Let's look at what Randall Cobb did prior to coming to Dallas after he talked to Dak about playing with him....

Randall Cobb had 38 catches for 383 yards and scored 2 touchdowns in 9 games in 2018.

What did he do when he came to Dallas?

Randall Cobb had 55 catches for 828 yards and scored 3 touchdowns in 15 games in 2019.

When the stats help your case you love them..when the stats say something you don't like its "you can make stats say whatever you want" lol.

he went 2k+ yards and 11 td's his first 2 years in the league. He is an amazing route runner, and has been since he came in the league. You cant say that dak makes him a good route runner and able to beat coverage

So, dak not having a good passing game for 1.5 years, and then taking off to the top of the league when amari gets here, goes in amaris favor

He also had 6 fumbles.

I knew he was bad those 7 games without Cooper, but he was REALLY bad.

You missed those days on here as you were probably trolling somewhere else.

The Dak trolls were running around with glee talking about how bad of a QB Dak was. Those that understand the game tried to explain to the trolls that QB's need a quality #1 receiver and that Dak was really a great QB in need of someone he can trust and throw to. Cowboys traded for Cooper and the Cowboys went on 7-1 down the stretch and Dak and Cooper were at the forefront of that.

Some us understand football and some of you dont.

It does not go in his favor. I gave you TWO examples of players coming in and having better years here then with their previous team.

When Amari sucked in 2018 and 2017 what happened? Did his route running disappear? Couldn't be coverage anymore even though he was dropping passes out of the ***? Come on man....

I can't deny what my eyes saw. Amari went from one of the promising receivers in the league to being terrible and Raiders thought they couldn't' fix him.

QB's need quality weapons around them. Cooper was text book example of that. Who can forget Garrett preaching about his WR by committee nonsense?

He was bad. I never denied that. His receiving group was Allen Hurns and Cole Beasley. It was a joke. I'm a fan of Dak but even I knew he couldn't do anything with that receiving group.
Cole Beasley is balling out with Josh Allen.

While Prescott is resetting the market for quarterbacks, here are five impressive stats Prescott has accomplished in his career that helped him land his massive contract.

1. Third player with 100+ TD passes and 20+ rush TD in first five seasons
Prescott joined Cam Newton and Jeff Garcia as the only players in NFL history to accomplish this feat. Prescott has thrown for 106 touchdown passes while rushing for 24 touchdowns in just 69 games. Newton threw for 117 touchdowns and rushed for 43 in 78 games while Garcia threw for 113 touchdowns and rushed for 71 in 73 games (the numbers for both quarterbacks through their first five seasons).

Prescott and Daunte Culpepper are the only quarterbacks to have 100+ touchdown passes and 20+ rush touchdowns through their first 69 career games (Culpepper played six seasons before accomplishing the feat).

2. Tied for second-most game-winning drives in first four seasons
Prescott had 14 game-winning drives in his first four seasons, tied with Russell Wilson for the second-most in the NFL since 1970 (AFL-NFL merger). Only Matt Ryan (16) has more game-winning drives in his first four seasons than Prescott and Wilson.

Prescott's 15 game-winning drives are the fifth-most in the NFL since 2016 (his rookie season). Drew Brees, Matthew Stafford, and Derek Carr are tied for the most with 18, while Wilson has 16.

3. Tied for most 100+ passer rating games in first four seasons
Prescott and Russell Wilson had 32 games with a 100+ passer rating after their first four seasons in the league, tied for the most by a quarterback in NFL history. Both are significantly ahead of Dan Marino, Ben Roethlisberger, and Joe Flacco -- all of whom had 25 after four years.

Prescott has 34 career games with a 100+ passer rating through his first 69 games, trailing only Aaron Rodgers (42) and Tony Romo (37) for the most in league history.

4. Cowboys are 31-3 when Prescott has a 100+ passer rating
Prescott finishing with a 100+ passer rating nearly makes the Cowboys unbeatable. Dallas is an astonishing 31-3 when Prescott finishes with a 100+ passer rating in his career, as the .912 win percentage is tied for the second-highest (with Russell Wilson) through a player's first 69 games reaching a 100+ passer rating in league history.

Len Dawson had 32 games with a 100+ passer rating through his first 69 games, going 30-2 in those games (.933 win percentage).

5. Sixth-highest touchdown-to-interception ratio in NFL history
Prescott has a 2.65 touchdown-to-interception ratio in his career, the sixth-highest in NFL history among quarterbacks who qualify (1,500 pass attempts). Only Patrick Mahomes (4.75), Aaron Rodgers (4.58), Russell Wilson (3,27), Tom Brady (3.04), and Deshaun Watson (2.89) are ahead of Prescott.

Prescott is one of five quarterbacks to record 40 or fewer interceptions on at least 1,500 pass attempts (2,293 attempts, 40 interceptions), joining Colin Kaepernick, Brian Hoyer, Deshaun Watson, and Patrick Mahomes.

6-10

Write a book explaining football to people, Roy.

Nobody will buy it of course, but it would give you sometime to do.

I think this is my favorite one. Stings doesnt it?:lmao2::lmao:

OUCH!!!!!
95th on the list and 1 since 2018 I believe. He needed a watermelon lucky kick for that one. Sad those comebacks couldn’t come against good teams only the scrub teams he excels at winning against.
