I'm actually giving Philly an extra win against Dallas to be on the safe side. I have Dallas as the favorites in that game. Indy, TB and NY are all winnable games.

Washington still has a chance to go 9-7 since they have such a favorable remaining schedule, but I just dont think they can get there with all the injuries they are dealing with. Hopefully the Giants do is a favor and stomp them next week.

Dallas is in the driver's seat.

How do you guys think things play out?

I think we go 3-2 the rest of the way. Losses to the Saints and either Philadelphia or Indianapolis. 4-1 would be nice and have us finishing 10-6.

As long as Philly beats Washington next week and we beat Philly week 14 we should be good. The Colts game would no longer be a must win game.

I've posted this several times but if we beat Philly, TB, Gints and Philly beat Wash once, we win the NFCE even if all three teams go 9-7 due to having the best division record(5-1).

Philly at home, TB, and the Gints should be the easiest games for us on paper.

They should lose to the Saints, the Colts are playing good football lately, and the Eagles will be playing the Cowboys for the division title. I'd be disappointed, but they could conceivably lose the next three in a row. 8-8 is not out of the question.

Apologies man, did not see the thread.

Philly game is going to be huge

9-7 can win the division if we win both of our division games (Eagles and Giants). That would give us a 5-1 divisional record. The Giants already have 8 losses. The Eagles would have 7 losses but at least 2 divisional losses. The Colts aren't in our conference so we can afford to lose that game. We need to win at least one against the Saints or Bucs. That would give us at least 8 conference wins. The Commanders just have to lose one more divisional game (they play 3 more) and we'd top them in the tiebreaker.

I'm thinking this Saints game is close to meaningless for Dallas. Unless Washington beats Philly. It is going to be very interesting to see how Washington does over this final 5 game stretch

I see us finishing 9-7. We need to beat Philly and NY first and foremost. The other win needs to be vs the Bucs or Saints. If this happens I like our chances in any tiebreaker. I really wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a three way tie at 9-7 come seasons end.

I wouldn't say it's meaningless. It's a conference game. The Colts game is the most meaningless. The Commanders play two more non-conference games and three more games against division rivals - Eagles and Giants. The Commanders can win the three division games and lost both the non-conference games and would beat us in the tiebreaker if we finish with the same record. We need them to lose at least one of those division games or else we're gonna have to win out or go 4-1 if we wanna surpass them.

8-8 or 9-7 is what we prolly will end up w

As long as we make it to the playoffs, I really don't care.

Go cowboys.

We just need to win out even if we lose to NO. That will take care of getting to the playoffs.

It comes down to being able to win one of Saints-Eagles-@Colts. If they can do that then I think they can win the last two games to get to 9-7.

The problem is if we lose to the Eagles we're going to need them to lose another game besides the Rams or 9 wins won't be enough. We'll lose it on division record.

I think the Commanders are shot. It's a Cowboys/Eagles race this year.

As long as we don't have any significant injuries before week 14 right this down.....

We will crack Philly's head!

1. We're at home
2. Our offense will have another week playing together.
3. We will be getting other significant starters back. Irving, maybe Tavon Austin.
4. Doubt the ref's can keep helping Philly against us like they did the last game.
5. We left points on the board that game. We're getting more efficient.

I am focused on NO though.

Do not throw that game away to them. Do not be surprised.

Let's see where this team is 3/4 into the season after that game.

9-7 and the division title sounds right, which seems crazy a month ago. They won’t win a championship, but they got the run game back, and have a #1WR to help what is otherwise a very shaky situation. Dallas has to beat Philly and NY though...that’s the games that will decide their fortunes.
