No Disney Stuff, Mickey, Goofy, any of that stuff. Rocky and Bullwinckle, Transformers, Jetsons, Woody Woodpecker, Popeye,Johnny Quest, Flinstones, Space Ghost, Huckleberry Hound, The Pink Panther, Yogi Bear, Quick Draw McGraw, Speed Buggy, Hong Kong Phoey, Heckel and Jeckel, Betty Boop I mean, I could go on. :laugh2:

This doesn't even include the things like Family Guy, Beavis and Butthead, King of the Hill, The Tick the Simpsons, great cartoons like those. I am also including some of the very best Cartoon Characters, such as Bugs Bunny, Sylvester The Cat, Yosemite Sam, Daffy Duck, Leghorn Foghorn, Road Runer, Wiley Coyote, Elmer Fudd, all of those, which is not really correct, into Loony Tunes.

So many better options that could have been considered.

They had Darkwing Duck and Duck Tales... 2 of my favorites. I don't know how they left out SWAT Cats and King Arthur and the Knights of Justice.

Since when does Family Guy, King of the Hill, and Simpsons come on Saturday morning?

Since never. Obviously why I qualified the statement with "This doesn't even include the things like "

Incorrect. The Flinstones were a primetime cartoon up till 66 and then moved over to Saturday morning syndication.

Also, forgot about the Archie's and Groovy Gollies.

I was talking about first-run. Lots of things get moved in syndication.

IMO, #1 Looney Tunes, #2 Animaniacs.

That Hammer show shouldn't even be in the top 50. That's ridiculous.

Definitely my top two as well.

Loved the Animaniacs.

Of the 50 listed, there are only twelve of them which I have ever enjoyed watching. They are ranked as follows:

3. Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids
4. Batman
5. The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show (Loony Tunes)
8. Animaniacs
9. Super Friends
15. X-Men
20. The Tick
24. ThunderCats
25. Spider-Man
31. Gargoyles
32. Tom and Jerry
48. Harlem Globetrotters

All would not make my top ten, but if I were to rank them from best-to-worst for me...[/FONT]

1. X-Men
2. Batman
3. The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show (Loony Tunes)
4. Gargoyles
5. Tom and Jerry
6. Animaniacs
7. The Tick
8. Spider-Man
9. Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids
10. Super Friends
11. ThunderCats
12. Harlem Globetrotters

My wife LOVES Scooby Doo. I hate that show (and its meddling kids) with a passion.

Someone should be shot for even suggesting #11. Bludgeoned. Stabbed. Hanged. Drowned. Shot.

Wait. Did I say 'shot' twice? Yes I did, didn't I?

Good.

The best Saturday morning cartoon of all time was the Weekenders! I used to watch it every Saturday back in 2001 and around there. A funny, smart, entertaining show with great characters. Tino Tonitini ftw!
