55 Man Roster

I added the "reported" cuts to the roster. It is now down to 55.

Who are the final 2 cuts or do they make a trade?

McGee and Holmes. And if they go get Douglass, cut Spears or Coleman.

Yes, I want all those running backs. I like them all, and I don't trust Felix.

If they can't trade Felix, they will cut the two other RB. Looks like they are going to keep 3QB's which I didn't think they would or should do. So it becomes a number thing, they have excess RBs so they go first. if they should sign another WR, I can see them cutting one of the S, Silva,, I would hate that because I think he earned a spot.

I'm betting that McGee and Dockery are the last two cuts. Jerry's comments regarding contact from other teams interested in McGee smell like an attempt to see if any value can be obtained in a trade before releasing McGee outright. Dockery becomes superfluous with the addition of Cook.

They're not keeping three quarterbacks. They're looking to trade McGee or perhaps at least keep the Giants from grabbing him (Carr has been awful this preseason). Possible gamesmanship at work here.

Today's 53 won't be final. There'll be movement across the league for the next several days.

It's gotta be McGee and one of the RBs, doesn't it? If they keep McGee, then either the other RB, Dockery, or possibly one of Spears/Coleman.

I love the spreadsheets. I guess it is just the way I think.

I think they move a couple of these guys as they scour cuts. McGee, Dockery and Olawale are all gonna be goners.

This spreadsheet is very helpful. Can't believe McGee is gifted a spot again. How many trades do you expect us to make? haha I could see us cutting another 5 guys if we pick up a few..

Also don't like only 8 LBs, when one of them is hurt (Wilber), and has had trouble staying healthy since joining us.

Hey, thanks for doing this. Its nice to have a clearer picture of some of our moves. We have so many RBs something has gotta give there. I don't know why we kept McGee but hopefully the brass knows something I don't because I don't think the guy can play as a quality NFL starter or backup at all.
